• The substrate of the droplet microfluidic chips (MONO & DUAL) is made of quartz glass, while the internal capillaries are made of high borosilicate glass, both of which deliver excellent temperature resistance.

• The components used inside the chip and for connection with external solutions involve materials including stainless steel, silicone rubber, fluororubber, PTFE and PP. With comprehensive consideration of all factors, the applicable temperature range of the microfluidic chips (MONO & DUAL) is -15℃ to 100℃.

On the basis of complying with this applicable temperature range, customers shall also take the following aspects into account:

• Fluid property changes: Such as changes in viscosity, generation of air bubbles, etc., which will affect the formation and manipulation of droplets. It is necessary to adjust the operating parameters according to the properties of the fluid at high temperatures.

• Chemical stability: High temperatures may accelerate the degradation or reaction of certain chemical substances. It is necessary to ensure that the materials and fluids in the chip maintain chemical stability at high temperatures.
